About Me

YOU QIANG: SHENZHEN, GUANGDONG, China; My name is You Qiang, and I’m from China. As a sculptor and designer, I previously worked at Rapala and Lurefans, where I was involved in fishing tackle product design. I have a deep passion for fishing and fish-related art. In 2022, I founded Fish Art Studio in Shenzhen, China — www.fish-art.cn — specializing in fish sculptures, GK statues, and fish taxidermy/model work. In my design practice, I stay committed to originality and focus on accurately recreating the true forms and ecological characteristics of fish. The studio’s work covers a wide range of species, including native Chinese fish, Amazonian fish, African fish, and marine species. Thank you for your interest in my work.
